Clear responsibility between the set and remote review.
Teams in Guangzhou and Chicago both carry out on-site production. Participating teams and their responsibilities for China production are confirmed per project; creative, client communication, and post-production are not assigned to a location by default.

Participation and approvals
Before the shoot, identify participating teams, locations, execution scope, the feedback coordinator, and who approves key decisions. Scripts, boards, and the production plan share one approved version.

On-site execution and remote review
Coordinate crew, equipment, locations, and the shoot against the confirmed plan. Team handoffs record changes on set, open decisions, and review versions; feedback and cross-timezone checkpoints are agreed in advance.

Delivery and version handoff
Organize language, subtitle, aspect-ratio, duration, and file versions by use, with delivery responsibility and recipients confirmed. Scope changes identify timing, cost, and delivery impact before proceeding.

Define cross-market usage before production begins.
The proposal defines music, talent likeness, location, and third-party asset permissions as scoped, together with territory, channels, term, and whether source material or project files are included. Client identities and project material are never shown publicly without authorization.

Can you coordinate local crew, equipment, studios, and locations?
Yes. The confirmed production plan identifies the required crew, equipment, studio or location support, and responsible vendors.
How are permits and location requirements handled?
Location, access, permit, and logistics requirements are identified during pre-production and included in the confirmed plan.
Can our overseas team review remotely?
Yes. English communication, scheduled checkpoints, remote review, and consolidated feedback are supported.
How are schedule or budget changes handled?
Changes are documented with their timing, cost, and delivery impact before work proceeds.
