This page explains how Evenmore handles information submitted through this website and its project inquiry forms. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for the project conversation.

How we use it
We use this information only to evaluate fit, reply to project inquiries, prepare follow-up communication, and maintain the security and operation of the form and website.
Third-party email delivery
Project inquiries are forwarded to Evenmore through a third-party email delivery service. The provider may retain submissions for up to 30 days to complete delivery and prevent abuse.
Website analytics
Our own server aggregates page views, broad source categories, case clicks, video plays, and successful form-submission events into daily counts retained for 90 days. These are not unique-visitor counts or confirmation of email delivery. Analytics does not store names, email addresses, briefs, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or visitor identifiers, and sets no analytics cookies. Only a source category is kept in browser session storage. These events are not sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Network addresses must still be processed temporarily to connect and prevent abuse.
Access, correction, and deletion
